COMET has streaked through the SEVENTH stretch goal, which was the Mystery Stretch Goal! You are all incredible - thank you for getting COMET to this point!

So excited to reveal this reward to you now:

It is no longer a mystery - all backers of the physical edition will now get a bookmark featuring Shana's linocut art. Here's a sneak peek:

AND! Backers at the Starfarer tier ($100) will also get a signed and numbered handmade print of the bookmark art ☄️

Again, thank you so much for helping COMET reach these Stretch Goals. This project is coming to life because of all of you!

Also! Today marks the halfway point for this Kickstarter Campaign, and we've already met ALL the Stretch Goals...

Which leaves me no choice but to add a couple more ;)

STRETCH GOAL UPDATE

Not only has this stretch goal been unlocked, TWO ADDITIONAL Mystery Stretch Goals have been added!

The next Stretch Goal will be revealed once COMET reaches $3,500! I'm so excited to share details about this one soon. It is so good, and if we make it to this point I'm sure my screeching will be heard and felt all the way from Portland, Oregon. It will be a reward for all backers at the Stardust Supporter digital edition tier and above!

The final stretch goal is another Mystery goal and will be revealed once COMET reaches $5,000. If we reach this one, I'm certain my screeching will shake the sun. I'm shooting for the stars with this one, and I hope together we can get there!

COMET has now zoomed through the sixth Stretch Goal! 

This means everyone who has pledged for a physical copy of COMET: JOURNEY THROUGH THE COSMOS will also receive a sticker sheet to accompany their zine!

Stretch Goal Number Five Unlocked!

Stretch goal number FIVE has been unlocked, and in only a week! Thank you all so much! 

With this unlock, there will be a custom Comet Orbit Map created for the game! This map template can be used as a visual way to track your comet's journey through the cosmos. As a gameplay option, you can use it to document your comet's progress by adding notes, stickers, or small sketches of the various cosmic objects you encounter along the journey - however you use it will be completely up to you! The map will be available in both the digital edition and physical edition of COMET: JOURNEY THROUGH THE COSMOS. For the physical edition, the Comet Orbit Map can be drawn on directly or traced for multiple play-throughs. 

The art for the Comet Orbit Map is underway. And there are only a couple more stretch goals to unlock! The next one is for a sticker sheet of comets, stars, and other cosmic objects. After that there is a ⋆｡°✩ mystery ✩°｡⋆ stretch goal, which I am dreaming up even now. If we bypass that goal, then I will simply pass out from (delighted) shock.

TWO Stretch Goals unlocked! And COMET is now a Project We Love on Kickstarter!

There's so much good news to celebrate! Not only has COMET zoomed past Stretch Goal #3, which unlocked a custom illustration to be included the game booklet, it has also blasted past Stretch Goal #4, so now all physical-edition tiers will receive a 5 x 7 inch offset print of the custom illustration!

Thank you for helping COMET reach these goals! The art is underway - I've been sketching pages of comets, stars, and other celestial objects, and started working on linocut pieces for this goal. Can't wait to share updates on these soon!

There are still a few more stretch goals to unlock - the next one is a custom Comet Orbit Map for the game booklet. So spread the word and invite others to join us on this quest through the cosmos ✨☄️

Second Stretch Goal Unlocked!

We've zoomed past our second stretch goal and are within a breath of reaching the third! 

With this second stretch goal reached all physical copies will now have upgraded printing, including a heavier cardstock cover and foil treatment! We'll get to see the stars shine! 

The cover design is in progress and I can't wait to share the art with you. There will be a comet featured on the cover along with stars and other celestial elements. And now with the foil treatment, some of those elements will gleam on the cover!
